McKinsey & Company Report: The State of Diversity in Global Private Markets 2022

New research from McKinsey & Company focuses on gender and ethnic diversity in PE firms, capturing regional differences in the state of diversity in private equity and discussing the role of institutional investors as a catalyst for change.

The report notes that: “PE offices in the Americas have the highest share of women in the C-suite and possibly the fewest obstacles to advancement for women.”
